Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team is tasked with recommending specific actions to educate, foster and encourage open dialogue and monitor Tris’ diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

The mission of the Women’s Business Council is to make a positive impact at Tris Pharma by strengthening and promoting the personal and professional development of women. We seek to empower, inspire and celebrate women by providing access and opportunities to learn, network and share their expertise to become successful leaders.

Our Women’s Business Council comprises women and men from both the field and home office who are committed to supporting Tris, our communities and one another to connect, develop and promote professional development opportunities with a specific focus on ensuring equity for women in the organization.
